Fresh update for our WHMCS module. Changes include:
- New PUSH checks
- DNS check selection for tcp/udp
- HTTP/HTTP Content/HTTP Advanced force IPv6 resolution of FQDN
- Removed twitter contact method (due to twitter API changes)
